Shipping Policy

The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We are not perfect.

Shipping

We ship YAAS FITS both domestically and to a select number of international destinations:

  • Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States of America. 

Shipping times depend on your location in the USA, Canada, and around the world. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

Custom orders take 4-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order. 

If a package cannot be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, YAAS FITS is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur to reroute or reship the package.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.

Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 4-7 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.

Customs

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

YAAS FITS is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of YAAS FITS to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. YAAS FITS is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup, and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should YAAS FITS mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package cannot be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, YAAS FITS is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur to reroute or reship the package.

Tracking

If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but have not received it, please contact your local mail facility (i.e., Royal Mail in the UK).

In summary, you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing a YAAS FITS product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
